EDITO – JFD: where tomorrow’s leaders are born

JFD has established itself as a leader committed to the role of women in tech.
Recognised as a key player in the rise of innovative talent, JFD works alongside leading technology and industrial groups and high-potential start-ups.

Through our 2025 Women rAIsing programme, part of our campaign for inclusive, responsible and sovereign AI, JFD is supporting the emergence of a new generation of leaders.

Our raison d’être is to bring out the most promising female talents, and support them at every stage of their career path to help them succeed.

Léa Fleury, co-founder and CEO of Ordalie, a finalist in the Margaret Awards 2025, embodies this ambition. We are supporting her in this decisive next step. We support hundreds of women like her every year, amplifying their voice, their visibility, their network and their growth.

This month, two JFD Club members talk about their commitment to more humane AI:
– Christelle Courant, who combines scientific culture and business for pragmatic AI,
– Laurence Laplane, who explores the impact of AI on responsible finance.

Two perspectives, one conviction: sustainable innovation requires diversity.

Join JFD. Be on the side of those who are changing the rules. Join us in June for all our events alongside our partners.

Let’s join forces. Let’s dare to do more. The future of AI is feminine. And it’s already happening.
