As 2025 begins, I am incredibly proud of everything the JFD teams accomplished in 2024.
We grew stronger and bolder, continuing to innovate, expand, and serve those who embody “Join Forces and Dare”: our members and partners!
We launched a new brand identity: Join Forces and Dare, to better reflect our mission. Our community and team expanded, and we received recognition for our societal impact, thanks to our efforts since 2012 to build and strengthen a thriving ecosystem.

We welcomed new partners who believe in the impact we create at JFD, and I thank them for their trust.
What drives us at JFD for 2025 is the integration of AI into our new programs and our 13th Margaret cohort. Because for AI to truly be intelligent, it must be inclusive.
That’s why we are launching the very first European AI Barometer, which we will unveil on February 10th.
I want to personally thank each of you for your trust.
