Leadership and innovation: EY strengthens its commitment to diversity with the JFD Club

Under the impetus of Dorothée Belle, Partner at EY Consulting, EY is strongly affirming its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by joining the JFD Club. This participation in JFD’s international business network marks a key step in fostering innovation and promoting inclusive leadership within EY’s teams.

Encouraging leadership and opportunity

By entering the JFD Club, EY is joining a visionary community that values the impact of women in tech and the economy. This provides the company with a unique framework to support the ambitions of its female employees, notably through conferences on technological trends, with a particular focus in 2025 on issues related to artificial intelligence.

The JFD Club membership also opens the door to unique networking and professional development opportunities. » Thanks to our commitment to the JFD Club, we are giving our female co-workers the opportunity to connect with opinion leaders, inspiring female entrepreneurs and innovation experts. This reinforces our ambition to create an inclusive ecosystem and encourage leadership from female talents. « , explains Dorothée Belle.

Shared values for an inclusive future

» At EY, diversity, equity and inclusion are not just objectives, but fundamental pillars. By joining the JFD Club, EY is putting into practice its belief that diverse and inclusive teams enhance performance, stimulate innovation and inspire confidence. «, adds Anne-Gaëlle Vénuat Tanguy, Partner EY Consulting.

This collaboration reflects EY and JFD’s shared commitment to building a world where innovation is based on diverse perspectives and where every talent has the opportunity to shine. Together, they are creating the conditions for sustainable and inclusive transformation, while advancing ideas, creating opportunities and inspiring a new generation of female leaders.
