Julie Nguyen, founder of Bubble Teach AI: an entrepreneurial vision in tune with the values of the JFD Club

Which of the JFD Club’s principles or values resonate most with your entrepreneurial vision?

The fundamental mission of the JFD Club to build a more inclusive digital world resonates above all with my personal convictions. In the Tech sector, the persistent under-representation of women constitutes not only a social equity issue, but also a major obstacle to innovation and the competitiveness of our economy.

Digital entrepreneurship represents a powerful lever to accelerate parity, because it allows women to access new opportunities. This is why highlighting “role model” women and raising awareness among young girls about digital professions is very important. Demystifying digital technology and entrepreneurship, particularly through interventions in high schools and job forums, is essential to building a more balanced and efficient digital future.

What led you to create Bubble Teach AI and what are your ambitions?

Bubble Teach AI was born from a dual observation: on the one hand, the acceleration of technological change requires continuous learning throughout one’s professional life, and on the other hand, the increasing information overload impacts our attention span and learning ability. In this context, an organization’s ability to disseminate knowledge quickly becomes a major competitive advantage. Our ambition is to help the organization develop this capacity, thanks to an artificial intelligence solution capable of simplifying the transmission and acquisition of knowledge. Bubble Teach thus makes it possible to give each employee all the knowledge they need to succeed in their position.

How is artificial intelligence transforming the training and knowledge transmission sector, in your opinion?

AI language models are profoundly transforming the training sector’s value chain. By automating time-consuming content production tasks, they free up time for professionals who can focus on higher value-added activities: designing innovative pedagogical strategies, personalizing pathways, and providing human support. This development favors the emergence of new hybrid approaches, intelligently combining collective classroom training with personalized distance learning modules. AI also makes it possible to optimize knowledge assimilation by adapting content to each individual’s learning preferences and facilitating the application of what has been learned.

How do you see the role of AI in training evolving over the next 5 to 10 years? What major changes do you anticipate?

In the next 5-10 years, AI will revolutionize learning by enabling unprecedented disintermediation and personalization. We will move from a standardized “one size fits all” approach to training that is truly adapted to the cognitive profile of each learner. AI will facilitate direct access to knowledge and its transformation into personalized learning formats, thus meeting learners’ new expectations in terms of flexibility and efficiency. This evolution will be accompanied by a paradigm shift: training will no longer be centered on the teacher and the content, but on the learner and their specific needs. AI tools will act as personal learning assistants, capable of adapting the pace and format of training in real time to optimize knowledge assimilation.

You are one of 5 startups selected by the Allianz France accelerator for its 2024 class dedicated to applied generative artificial intelligence. What does this support bring you?

Allianz France’s support represents a multifaceted strategic accelerator for Bubble Teach. On the business side, the support of a leading international group constitutes a valuable reference and offers us the opportunity to test our solution on a large scale in a demanding environment recognized for its excellence in training. The acceleration program provides us with essential resources for our development: masterclasses led by high-level experts, access to a qualified network of investors and potential partners, as well as valuable international exposure via the Learning Trip.

In addition, I have the unique opportunity to benefit from a membership in the JFD Club, thanks to the Allianz France accelerator, a JFD partner, led by Sylvain Theveniaud. Joining JFD’s international business network gives me access to a community of committed innovators and decision-makers who share a bold vision of innovation and leadership.

Finally, integration into a dynamic class of AI startups creates a stimulating environment for the exchange of experiences and best practices, which is particularly valuable in the field of artificial intelligence, where developments are rapid and technical challenges numerous.
