Invest in Her: From theory to practice
Ahead of les Margaret Awards ceremony on 17 April for the World Digital Women’s Day, JFD will present on 8 March at the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty and in front of Jean-Noël Barrot, Minister Delegate in charge of the Digital Transition and Telecommunications, its 11th annual study “Invest in Her”, conducted in partnership with EY and FD. The first ever study dedicated to the representation of women leaders within the future generation of impact startups in France.
For its 11th annual study, JFD will focus on the upcoming opportunities for investment in impactful start-ups led by women. In addition to the numerous studies that show that the share of funds allocated to women founders is still too low, JFD, in partnership with EY and France Digitale, would like to convey a positive and forward-looking message on the future opportunities in terms of dealflow carried by these women entrepreneurs. A positive message that aims to direct future investment towards these companies. To put theory into practice, the revelation of the results of the study will then be followed by an all-female matchmaking session (a first) between female entrepreneurs and investors.
