As part of the 2025 “Women AIsing” program, JFD (Join Forces & Dare) and IBM reaffirm their shared commitment to the feminization of the Tech sectors, essential to the future of the French economy. Together, JFD and IBM highlight the transformations induced by artificial intelligence and the importance of integrating more female talent.
AI helps humans gain efficiency and productivity by working alongside them. Human supervision remains essential to ensure the quality, reliability, and adaptability of technological solutions to the specific needs of customers. This human-machine collaboration requires a diversity of perspectives, and it is by integrating more women into these strategic functions that we can maximize its positive impact.
IBM: a committed technology leader that carries out concrete initiatives in favor of diversity
IBM, a global reference player in AI and Hybrid Cloud, supports digital transformations in more than 175 countries. With major advances in AI, quantum computing, and Cloud solutions, the company helps its clients optimize their processes, reduce their costs, and strengthen their competitiveness. This technological leadership is based on fundamental values such as trust, transparency, and inclusion, placing IBM at the forefront of responsible innovation.
IBM stands out for its ambitious programs to promote diversity and equal opportunities. By 2026, IBM aims to train 2 million people on AI with an emphasis on equal opportunities, and by 2030, to train 30 million people worldwide, with particular attention to under-represented populations, particularly women.
Béatrice Kosowski, President of IBM France, states: “At IBM, we firmly believe that technology must meet today’s challenges while building a sustainable and inclusive future. Our collaboration with JFD is a concrete illustration of this commitment. By investing in training, education, and diversity, we are strengthening both the ethical impact of our solutions and the creation of a more balanced technological ecosystem.”

The “Women raising” program: a shared vision
In collaboration with JFD, IBM actively contributes to the success of the “Women rAIsing” program, aiming to inspire and support women towards artificial intelligence through the Margaret Awards, the first European AI barometer or the JFD Club, its international business network.
Delphine Remy-Boutang, founder & CEO JFD and Arver, emphasizes: “With nearly 115 years of existence, IBM has established itself as a key player in innovation. Our collaboration, which continues as part of our 2025 “Women rAIsing” program, is an additional step to encourage women to get involved in tech, while benefiting from tools and concrete support to succeed. We reaffirm our commitment to responsible and inclusive AI.”
Alexandra Ruez, Vice President IBM Consulting and member of the IBM France Executive Committee, concludes: “Today, less than 22% of AI professionals worldwide are women. This highlights the urgent need to act to bridge this gap. For two years, we have been working together to create an inclusive and dynamic ecosystem, and thanks to JFD’s “Women rAIsing” program, we want to inspire and make available tools and a powerful international network to ensure the success of women in a sector of the future.”
President of IBM France since October 2020, Béatrice Kosowski aims to combine the best of technology and the potential of everyone to have a positive impact on the world of tomorrow.
She believes in team and community spirit, and in the need for widespread training in technologies. This is why she joined the Syntec Numérique Board of Directors as a Director. She intends to contribute to the digital transformation of France through the promotion of new uses, and to training, with initiatives such as the deployment of the P-TECH program in high schools or the launch of our new AI academy for job seekers.
As the leader of a company that upholds the values of diversity and inclusion, Béatrice Kosowski believes that technology must work for the good of all. It must also make it possible to meet today’s challenges, prepare for tomorrow and accelerate research, in the service of a more sustainable and more inclusive world.
