What is the Epitech Executive’s gender equality policy?

Hakima Berdouz, the 2023 winner of les Margaret award by JFD, in the Intrapreneur Europe category, has been offered the opportunity to follow Epitech’s Executive MBA in IT Management and Entrepreneurship, thanks to her ambitious career path and transformative intrapreneurial project.
This EMBA is designed to train leaders and managers to take on leadership positions to achieve entrepreneurial-intrapreneurial success and manage change. Strategy, Commerce, Negotiation, Finance, the programme encompasses all the requirements needed to achieve excellence. The course culminates in the presentation of an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial project to a panel of investors and experts.
Available in hybrid or full-online formats, the Epitech EMBA gives managers the opportunity to train without leaving their jobs.
A special grant has also been launched for female entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, covering up to 20% of the course?
Indeed, any woman entrepreneur or intrapreneur wishing to take Epitech’s Executive MBA, ‘Digital Transformation and Management’ or ‘IT Management and Entrepreneurship’ can apply for a grant covering up to 20% of the course. We really want to encourage women to take their place in the digital sector and establish themselves as inspirational leaders.
