JFD is proud to announce its partnership with the Allianz Accelerator, whose ambition is to invent the future of insurance. This partnership reflects a strong commitment to improving the representation of women in the digital economy, which has always been at the heart of the accelerator’s actions, and is in line with our shared desire to support high-potential start-ups.
The Allianz Accelerator offers an intensive 6-month acceleration programme, enabling startups to develop rapidly without having to relocate their team. Selected startups benefit from structured, personalised support focused on fund-raising and international development.
One of the winners of the 2024 Margaret Awards will have the exceptional opportunity to benefit from fast-track access to the selection committee for the next promotion of the Allianz Accelerator. Only 10 startups have access to this committee and are pre-selected from over 200 startups.
The winner will have access to a network of world-renowned experts, investors and mentors, both French and international. It would have the opportunity to establish strategic partnerships with Allianz and test their solutions internationally, taking advantage of the Group’s global presence in over 70 countries.
Sylvain Theveniaud, founder and General Manager of the Allianz Accelerator, points out: “This collaboration between JFD and the Allianz Accelerator demonstrates the shared commitment to innovation, diversity and the growth of women-led startups. We look forward to seeing the innovations that emerge from this partnership that will shape the future of digital and insurance.”
With its impressive track record, the Allianz Accelerator has already propelled more than 63 startups in 7 years, including one Unicorn. These companies have raised €800 million, generated sales in excess of €400 million, created more than 1,000 jobs, and now have a total value of more than €3.5 billion. These startups operate in diverse sectors that will shape the future, such as web3, artificial intelligence, future mobility, the sharing economy, social impact, environmental impact, deeptech, small and big data, platforms, fintech, insurtech, cryptocurrency, robotics, cybersecurity, e-health and other emerging technologies.
Delphine Remy-Boutang, founder & CEO of JFD, adds: “We are delighted with the partnership between JFD and the Allianz Accelerator, which enables us to offer new growth opportunities to the winners of the 2024 Margaret Awards. These women, benefiting from the JFD’s growth acceleration programme, are supported by all the major economic players we are mobilising to enable them to go faster and further.”
