The participation of women entrepreneurs in Tech is crucial to ensure a greater diversity of perspectives and solutions for our societies. While the issue of gender diversity in business schools is less and less relevant, the feminisation of engineering schools is a subject that needs to be addressed. Can a better representation of women in these institutions encourage greater gender diversity in tech and thus contribute to the creation of more inclusive and equitable innovations?
To discuss the different initiatives and policies that can be put in place to achieve a better balance, we welcome: Aude Guo, Co-founder Innovafeed, Inge Kerkloh-Devif, Senior Executive Director HEC Paris – Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, Elodie Perthuisot, Executive Director E-Commerce, Data & Digital Transformation at Carrefour, Barbara Sessa, Senior Vice President Product Management, Mastercard & Anita de Voisins, Entrepreneurship Director CentraleSupélec.
