At the crossroads of science and love: when free will meets brain chemistry
JFD and Meetic are organising a networking breakfast entitled “At the crossroads of science and love: when free will meets brain chemistry”, on 26 September from 9am to 10.30am at Meetic.
With the special participation of Maryne Cotty-Eslous, Margaret Entrepreneur Europe 2023, founder & CEO of Lucine, a developer of digital neurotherapy to support and treat people with chronic pain.
Maryne will take us to the heart of one of the most intriguing and captivating human experiences: love. We’ll explore love from a unique perspective, examining how our free will intersects with the complex chemical processes that take place in our brains when we fall in love. Together we will analyse the emotional and cognitive reactions that occur during this process, and discuss psychological mechanisms such as attachment, attraction and loss.
Sign up for this exploration of the mysteries of love from a new angle and let us know already if you have any questions you’d like to ask Maryne.
