JFD, EY, FD will unveil on March 8th the results of their “Invest In Her” Study, the first study dedicated to the representation of women founders and leaders within the future generation of impact startups in France. The 11th annual JFD study in partnership with EY and FD.

Entrepreneurship, education, training, investments and investors’ interest… these are the topics addressed by the study, which will then open the debate and serve as an introduction to the panels composed of female entrepreneurs, school leaders, investors and other key players in the tech ecosystem.

The event will continue with a matchmaking session between 100 women entrepreneurs and investors (VCs and business angels). A new generation of women will come and submit their ambitious impact projects, which are already at the heart of investors’ discussions.

The participation of women entrepreneurs in Tech is crucial to ensure a greater diversity of perspectives and solutions for our societies. While the issue of gender diversity in business schools is less and less relevant, the feminisation of engineering schools is a subject that needs to be addressed. Can a better representation of women in these institutions encourage greater gender diversity in tech and thus contribute to the creation of more inclusive and equitable innovations?

To discuss the different initiatives and policies that can be put in place to achieve a better balance, we welcome: Aude Guo, Co-founder Innovafeed, Inge Kerkloh-Devif, Senior Executive Director HEC Paris – Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, Elodie Perthuisot, Executive Director E-Commerce, Data & Digital Transformation at Carrefour, Barbara Sessa, Senior Vice President Product Management, Mastercard & Anita de Voisins, Entrepreneurship Director CentraleSupélec.

Future opportunities for investment in women-led impact start-ups: a major economic challenge for the finance and technology sector.
