You are a JFD Club member, our international business network for women in Tech. What motivated you to join this community?
I joined JFD because I believe in the collective strength and impact of female boldness.
As a woman leader, I’m convinced that we need to join forces to break down the taboos and barriers in tech, inspire the new generation and give them the confidence to express themselves and make the most of their difference.
This network brings together inspiring women who are transforming tech and, more specifically, the world of AI. For me, it’s a fantastic opportunity to discuss, share and raise my ambitions with them. The energy that emanates from this community is contagious and helps me to push back my limits, while opening me up to opportunities to work together to promote AI to businesses.
JFD’s 2025 “Women rAIsing” campaign highlights the women who are shaping the future of AI. What does this initiative mean to you?
For me, “Women rAIsing” is a powerful initiative that resonates deeply with my vision of AI serving business: entrepreneurial, responsible, impactful and innovative. At last! An initiative that gives visibility to women, who are still often invisible in my view, that links tech to business, proving that AI can be a vector of progress for everyone.
The momentum is building: encouraging female talent to dare to take their place, to help each other and to move forward together, to drive lasting change in a sector that is strategic for the future.
You’re Director of Development at MIA, an AI platform that makes analytics accessible to everyone. Can you tell us how MIA stands out in the AI market?
Thanks to its ease of use, our MIA (My Intelligent assistants) solution, which integrates more than 70 AIs, makes it possible to create intelligent, customised automated applications based on data available within the company (document, page, text, video, table, voice) and externally. No data is used or exploited, and sovereignty and confidentiality are guaranteed.
With MIA, AI becomes simpler and totally secure, and you no longer need to be a specialist to start creating new intelligent applications!
Data reconciliation and enrichment, customer trend forecasting, customer targeting, satisfaction analysis, service recommendation, sentiment analysis, anomaly detection, similarity detection, gesture detection, automatic classification, specialised generative AI, advanced document mining… and many other possible use cases.
Your background combines scientific and commercial expertise. How does this dual approach influence your vision of AI and its adoption in companies?
My career path has surprised many people, and I regularly get questions about it: how did you “pivot” from the world of science to business in IT, wasn’t that difficult? Why was that? It’s strange or it’s not classic!
I’ve never asked myself these questions, and I’m glad I didn’t, because each time I’ve only listened to what I felt like doing at the time.
Nevertheless, I think that my scientific side helps me to understand the complexity of technology when I’m talking to experts, and to combine rigour and strategic vision, while my business side helps me to identify the real needs of the market, and to put people back at the heart of business transformation.
With my two “hemispheres” in constant connection thanks to my neural networks (a nod to my scientific side and AI!), I aspire to make AI accessible, innovative and pragmatic.
At Digitalent, the company developing MIA, how do you integrate diversity and inclusion into your development strategy?
Diversity is one of our cornerstones: we recruit a wide range of profiles, from a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds, because we believe that complementary perspectives fuel innovation.
We value every talent and encourage an open environment that is conducive to innovation.
Our figures demonstrate this diversity and inclusion: nearly 50% of our employees are women, with nearly 4 nationalities represented, and over 70% of our data scientists are women. I think we can say that we are the embodiment of JFD’s “Women rAIsing” campaign!
What message would you like to send to women who are reluctant to go into tech or AI?
Dare to take the plunge! Don’t be afraid of the glass ceiling. Don’t listen to those who want to make you fit into standard profile boxes that don’t necessarily correspond to you. The boxes are only in other people’s heads and it’s up to you to build the shape of your boxes over the course of your career according to your dreams, your aspirations and your curiosity. I would have loved to have heard this when I was studying and afterwards.
Tech needs your unique vision to meet the challenges of tomorrow, your sensitivity and your emotions. Your curiosity and determination will make all the difference.
