By continuing its partnership with JFD, La Poste group reaffirms its commitment to responsible innovation that is accessible to all.

For more than 10 years, La Poste Group and JFD have worked together to enable women to invest in the world of Tech and support the emergence of new leaders who will build the world of tomorrow. This strategic partnership continues around JFD’s 2025 campaign: “Women rAIsing”. Because, while AI promises major advances, it also raises ethical, social and economic issues. It is imperative that women are the architects and not mere spectators. It is a question of performance as much as social justice. Integrating more women into digital and AI ensures that technology reflects the needs of society as a whole. It also means designing products and services that meet the expectations of all, in a world where consumption patterns are constantly evolving.

La Poste is one of the main French players in the digital transformation of companies, through its division of 400 experts in data and AI, its specialized subsidiaries, and its School of Data & AI. Deeply rooted in the territories and committed to strengthening social ties, La Poste group embodies the values of utility, inclusion and human proximity. L’IA by La Poste opens the way to multiple advances, whether medical, environmental, in the field of personal data protection or cybersecurity.

Through “Women rAIsing”, La Poste group and JFD join forces to promote an inclusive, responsible and progressive artificial intelligence. By supporting initiatives that value the diversity of talents and perspectives, this alliance is the illustration of an AI that is a catalyst for innovation, where diversity becomes a lever to meet current technological challenges.
