Allianz France and JFD are betting on AI and female talent for an inclusive future for insurance

Allianz France, a general insurance company and subsidiary in France of the European insurance leader, and JFD are joining forces to accelerate parity in Tech and guarantee a more inclusive use of artificial intelligence. This partnership aims to contribute to the evolution of the insurance sector by valuing female talent and by promoting the emergence of innovative solutions through the First European AI Barometer and thus inspiring lasting change.

Allianz France has multiplied the applications of AI, notably in content generation and the automation of tasks. However, these technologies carry major challenges, including the quality and security of data.

Through the “Women rAIsing” program, Allianz France will share its expertise and its initiatives to encourage the development of diversity and innovation. By relying on the first European AI barometer, Allianz France contributes to responding to the current challenges of the insurance market and anticipating the major transformations of AI.

At a time when AI is redefining customer expectations, Allianz France is putting innovative solutions in place to support its customers and bring ever more quality and personalization. Through its collaboration with JFD, Allianz France is pursuing a double objective:

  • Explain how the company integrates AI into its operations in order to offer ever more efficient solutions adapted to the expectations of its insured parties;
  • Actively promote parity within its teams and within entrepreneurial ecosystems, like the Allianz France Accelerator directed by Sylvain Theveniaud.*

“At Allianz France, we firmly believe that parity and AI are essential levers of innovation. By partnering with JFD and through the first European AI Barometer, we are reinforcing our commitment to promoting female talent. We are thus contributing to shaping a more inclusive insurance sector at the cutting edge of innovation,” underlines Isabelle Hébert, member of the Executive Committee of Allianz France and Director of the Data, Engagement, Marketing and Strategy Unit.

Beyond its internal operations, Allianz France supports companies that use AI to take on societal and environmental challenges, notably via its Allianz Global Artificial Intelligence fund. This fund is part of a common dynamic with JFD to promote innovative projects by women.

“Allianz France joins forces with JFD in a new stage of building a future where innovation and diversity stand out as the essential motors of technological and societal transformation. Through the first European AI barometer, we want to establish new standards for the insurance sector and inspire women to innovate, to undertake and to push the limits in this promising field,” says Delphine Remy-Boutang, founder and CEO of JFD.
