Casino Group is now deploying AI designed by and for its businesses, with concrete use cases in legal, retail, supply chain, marketing and customer service. Whether it’s automating the analysis of leases with ImmoChat, improving the creation of product sheets using generative AI at Cdiscount or forecasting sales at Monoprix, each project meets an operational need and is designed to have an impact.
To spread this AI culture on a large scale, the Group has launched the AI Academy, a one-day training course that has already raised awareness among more than 400 employees. A secure prompts platform also supports day-to-day use, within a framework defined by a responsible use charter, where the human element remains central and the data protected.
» Because AI is only of value if it is guided by strong principles, the partnership between JFD and Casino Group over the past 3 years embodies a shared vision: to innovate differently, with responsibility, transparency and ambition. – « Delphine Remy-Boutang, Founder & CEO JFD
